BRAVE Church Children's Ministry Position
To serve the families of BRAVE Church by connecting children to the Word of God through the story of God. You will be working with the BRAVE Kids Director to implement weekly programming for the Children's Ministry through administrative tasks, classroom preparation, teaching, and leading for ages birth to 5 years.
Weekly Responsibilities
Administration:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and data integrity within RockRMS
- Assist Campus Pastor with managing schedule
- Build and lead a team of volunteers for receptionist duties and special projects
- Oversee proper handling of online chat requests, email requests and incoming phone calls
- Manage Room Reservations within Rock RMS
- Oversee sermon transcripts and radio programming within RockRMS
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of campus supplies
- Assist in all paperwork processes for campus (purchase reqs, benevolence check requests, etc.)
- Maintain and file documents
- Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24-hour time frame
- Provide daily assistance to the Campus Pastor for various needs/requests
- Process tasks within RockRMS (serving opportunities, Next Steps info, Cadre info, Membership info, baptism info)
Weekly Meeting Schedule
- Weekly meeting with Campus Pastor and campus staff
- Monthly All-Staff meeting
- Any other meetings as needed
Facilities
- Assist Campus Pastor in preparing facility throughout the week for upcoming services, groups, events, etc.
- Assist Campus Pastor in maintaining excellence inside & outside the facility
Sunday Responsibilities
- Available to Campus Pastor before, after, & during services for various needs that arise
- Assist with planning, implementation, and facilitation of all events
- Create a high-touch environment (love, encourage, welcome people)
- Seek out guests and facilitate an exceptional experience for them
- Identify/Resolve potential issues
- Manage all paperwork weekly (invoices, incoming mail, etc.) and send to the Central office
Other Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, staffing, and implementing all special events and conferences at the campus
- Other related duties as assigned by the Campus Pastor
