Groove Subaru is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to join our growing Service Department. If you're passionate about diagnosing and repairing vehicles, take pride in producing quality work, and want to be part of a dealership that values its technicians, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 Flat Rate (Based on Experience)What We Offer:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
- Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
- Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Previous automotive technician experience required.
- Subaru experience is preferred but not required.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Own a complete set of professional tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
