Sourcing Manager

Location: Fully Onsite – Englewood, CO or Littleton, CO (Meridian Campus – Englewood)

DISH is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead and support enterprise sourcing initiatives within a highly technical organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, this role will drive category strategy development, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing discipline, technical acumen, and confidence when partnering with business leaders, while managing multiple RFx events simultaneously.

• Analyze historical spend and purchasing data to develop and execute category strategies
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFQs, RFPs), managing 5–12 concurrent sourcing initiatives
• Identify process improvement opportunities across sourcing workflows and supplier interactions

• Build negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations
• Develop award recommendations for leadership review
• Draft and negotiate the commercial portions of contracts
  , including payment-on-delivery terms
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate contractual and commercial risk
• Evaluate incumbent suppliers and advise stakeholders on new and existing contracts
• Support vendor relationship management, including escalations and dispute resolution
• Partner closely with business units to define technical and commercial requirements
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Technical undergraduate degree preferred (Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline)

• 8+ years of experience in:
• Strategic sourcing
• Procurement or supply chain operations
• Proven experience managing RFQs and RFPs in a highly technical environment

• Procurement and/or Supply Chain professional certification (preferred)
• Strong supply chain experience or formal supply chain education
• Demonstrated value realization and measurable results from sourcing activities
• Experience negotiating complex commercial terms
• Comfortable operating in a disciplined, process-driven environment

• Results-oriented with strong attention to efficiency, accuracy, and quality
• Confident communicator who can influence and partner with technical business units
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills
• Comfortable working fully onsite in a fast-paced, technical organization
