We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and support sourcing activities.

As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies across multiple categories, contributing significantly to the continued success and growth of our company.

• Review historical spending and purchases to develop new category strategies
• Identify process improvement opportunities in sourcing & supplier interactions
• Build and execute negotiation strategies & develop award recommendations
• Evaluate current suppliers & advise stakeholders on new and existing contracts
• Own sourcing events end to end; develop, manage & document requirements process
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations
• Draft contract language and work with business units to define requirements
• Identify, analyse, & mitigate contractual risk
• Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation, & dispute resolution

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college.
• 8-10 years of relevant management experience in the area of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis.
