Job Title:
Creative Operations Project Manager

Additional Notes- This is a highly operational, coordination-focused role with strong ownership of timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication.
- The client is not seeking creatives (copywriters, creative directors) or candidates from marketing management, media planning, or buying backgrounds.
- Ideal candidates have operational experience within a creative agency
, working closely with creators but not as creators themselves
. - Strong experience establishing and refining workflows, SOPs, SOWs, and process documentation is essential.
- The role serves as a central point of contact across creative, copy, and development teams, supporting seamless execution.
- Capacity planning, resource forecasting, and workload balancing experience is critical.
- Hands‑on experience with project management tools is required;
Hive is a strong plus
, with exposure to Airtable (migration in progress), Brandfolder, and Figma preferred (Airtable can be taught). - The position is admin- and operations-heavy
, including documentation, reporting, onboarding freelancers/contractors, and coordinating internal meetings and systems. - Looking for a detail-oriented, self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt processes as the team scales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in project and/or account management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management software, with HIVE experience considered a significant asset in addition to other tools used by the agency like Brandfolder, Figma, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to synthesize information into actionable plans.
Daily Responsibilities
- Project & Workflow Management:
Utilize project management platform, HIVE, to effectively oversee timelines, tasks, and resources. - Coordinate cross-functional processes for creative production teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across design, copywriting, and development disciplines.
- Lead efforts in capacity planning, resource allocation, and project forecasting to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including workflow guidelines, status reports, and decision logs.
- Operational Support:
Onboard and manage freelance and contract resources as needed to meet project demands. - Continuously assess and refine internal processes to ensure adaptability and alignment with organizational growth.
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and the management of internal systems and tools.
