We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations Compensation team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our commission processes, ensuring that both our external partners and internal teams are compensated accurately and on time. Because our business is rapidly evolving, this role requires a professional who is comfortable navigating high-volume manual processes and adapting to new incentive structures.
You will take primary ownership of the Boost commission cycle, manage a growing portfolio of manual payment initiatives, and act as the critical backup for our internal employee compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the end-to-end commission calculation and payment process for the Boost brand, ensuring strict adherence to payroll and payout deadlines
- Support our internal employee commission programs, ensuring seamless continuity and zero gaps in internal payment operations
- Execute and reconcile complex, high-volume manual payment files to support newly launched business initiatives, incentives, and ad-hoc compensation requests
- Act as the primary escalation point for commission-related questions, researching discrepancies, explaining payout calculations, and resolving issues for both internal staff and external partners
- Analyze compensation data to identify root causes of payout errors, spot operational trends, and recommend workflow improvements to reduce manual processing over time
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to successfully implement new compensation structures and ensure alignment across departments
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales compensation, commission operations, or financial analysis
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Direct experience calculating, processing, and managing internal employee commission plans
- Proven ability to handle large datasets, execute complex manual calculations, and maintain an uncompromising standard of accuracy
- Exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and consistently meet strict financial deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to streamlining operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compensation logic into easily understandable terms
- High proficiency in advanced spreadsheet functions (Excel or Google Sheets); working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like SQL and Tableau is strongly desired

Salary RangesCompensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
