Overview
The Intern will support cross‑functional business operations within a specialty infusion pharmacy environment. The role provides exposure to operations, finance, sales, and marketing, and will contribute to projects that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and business performance. The Intern will gain hands‑on experience, develop professional skills, and collaborate with team members across the organization.
ScheduleMon – Fri 8 am–5 pm. The position requires full‑time availability during the summer, with potential part‑time or PRN work the following school year.
Requirements- Working toward a Business degree with a concentration in Human Resources.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of HR:
Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Engagement, etc. - Interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or infusion services.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Self‑starter and proactive.
- Supports day‑to‑day operations across departments such as pharmacy operations, intake, billing, finance, sales, and marketing.
- Assists with data entry, reporting, and analysis to support business initiatives.
- Participates in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams on assigned projects and deliverables.
- Conducts research and compiles findings to support strategic initiatives.
- Assists in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Maintains accurate documentation and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provides administrative and project support to department leaders as needed.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare and/or specialty pharmacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary RangeUSD $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
