Trade Compliance Engineer and Analyst

Arrow Electronics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trade Compliance Engineer and Analyst who will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with global trade regulations while facilitating international business initiatives. This role involves a critical evaluation of trade practices and partners, assessment of compliance risks, and the implementation of strategic solutions in our regulatory framework. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regulatory requirements and changes affecting trade of electronics and computing solutions globally.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies and programs in accordance with global trade laws.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure products meet compliance standards before market entry.
• Educate and train staff on relevant trade compliance regulations and best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and audits, ensuring all business activities conform to legal and corporate policies.
• Manage and oversee the proper documentation and licensing required for international transactions.
• Consult and liaise with external regulatory bodies and advisors to maintain compliance standards.
