• Lead end-to-end development of standard product lines for wholesale electronic components
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and supplier capabilities to define product roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and supply chain to launch and maintain standard products
• Optimize pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management to maximize margin and portfolio performance
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions, KPIs, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with global manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure availability and quality
