  • Develop and enhance consulting frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards that improve engagement quality and support repeatable consulting execution
  • Lead proposals, scopes, pricing, negotiations, and contracting in partnership with account managers, business development, legal, finance, and technical leaders
  • Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, providing clear technical direction, coaching emerging consultants, and drawing on expertise across Ulteig to deliver integrated solutions
  • Build Ulteig's market presence through industry participation, client engagement, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and professional networks
  • Manage engagement and portfolio performance, including quality, risk, client satisfaction, schedule, budget, and resource planning; anticipate delivery challenges and lead timely issue resolution
  • Create pull-through opportunities that expand Ulteig's broader service offerings by connecting consulting engagements to project development, engineering, program management, and long-term implementation support
  • Provide market insights and client perspectives to executive leadership and sector leaders to inform strategic planning and investment decisions
