Fire Proofing​/Stopping Inspector

=R Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Occasional Weekends as Needed)
= Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Certifications)

Are you an experienced Special Inspector looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on major construction projects throughout the Denver Metro area? In this role, you'll collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to help ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards.

Perform field inspections and testing in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.

Verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality requirements.

Document inspection findings and testing results through accurate and detailed field reports.

Communicate observations, compliance issues, and recommendations with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and attention to detail on every project.

Experience and/or certifications in one or more of the following disciplines are highly preferred:

=9 Wood Framing

=9 Fireproofing & Fire stopping

=9 Reinforcing Steel (Rebar) & Concrete Placement

=9 EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems)

=9 Concrete & CLSM Sampling

=9 Prestressed Concrete

=9 Masonry Reinforcing & Grout Placement

=9 Mechanical & Epoxy Anchors

ICC Certification(s) in one or more inspection disciplines (multiple certifications preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and inspection practices

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Excellent communication, organization, and report-writing skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
