Concrete Foreman – Heavy Civil

Denver, CO | $38–$42/Hour + Overtime

We're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects throughout the Denver area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep projects moving, crews productive, and work completed safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do
  • Lead field crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
  • Assign tasks and manage manpower in the field.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Inspectors.
  • Monitor production, quality, and jobsite safety.
  • Assist with hands‑on work when needed and lead by example.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or heavy highway construction.
  • Previous experience leading crews and managing field operations.
  • Bridge construction or bridge rehabilitation experience is required.
  • Experience with structural concrete, drainage structures, retaining walls, or similar infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and coordinate daily activities in the field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
