About the Role:

The Project Manager will lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the data center project, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, schedule, and statutory requirements. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to project teams and stakeholders while driving project excellence from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project strategies and implementation plans.
  • Oversee project delivery, budget control, quality, safety, and scheduling.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.
  • Manage project risks, contractual matters, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead and mentor Construction Managers and project teams.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale building, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
  • BEM registration preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Construction Manager

About the Role:

The Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of site activities, ensuring all construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to project specifications. The role is critical in coordinating multidisciplinary teams involved in data center construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall construction planning and execution.
  • Lead coordination of structural, architectural, civil, and M&E works.
  • Monitor project progress against the master programme.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and site productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
  • Coordinate closely with project stakeholders and consultants.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
  • Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects is highly advantageous.
  • BEM registration preferred.
  • Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Quality Manager (M&E)

Senior Quality Manager (M&E) / Head of Department

About the Role:

The Quality Manager (M&E) will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance, quality control, testing, and commissioning activities across all M&E systems. This role is essential to ensuring operational readiness and compliance for mission-critical systems within the data center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans and Quality Management Systems.
  • Manage inspection and testing plans (ITP).
  • Lead testing and commissioning activities for critical M&E systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and project handover readiness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in testing and commissioning of mission-critical facilities or data centers is highly preferred.
  • BEM registration and relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, commissioning processes, and M&E systems.
