• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction, to facilitate seamless project execution and communication.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory agencies, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage procurement processes, including selecting and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for project execution.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to ensure compliance and facilitate future project reviews.
• Engage in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technology to inform project strategies and enhance service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Colorado.
• Knowledge of advanced construction technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Previous experience working with government or municipal projects.
