Salary: $87,000-$91,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project documentation, correspondence, and records
- Generate and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Review subcontractor submittals prior to architect review and approval
- Coordinate material procurement, lead times, and deliveries
- Distribute current drawing sets and specifications to project teams and subcontractors
- Assist with permit acquisition and project startup activities
- Support project scheduling and coordination efforts
- Manage punch list creation and closeout processes
- Collect and organize warranties, O&M manuals, and closeout documentation
- Assist with project-specific QA/QC planning
- Coordinate BIM and model-sharing efforts among project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience with Trimble Project Sight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Familiarity with Revit, Revizto, or other BIM platforms

- Project travel throughout Colorado's Front Range, primarily the Denver metro area and southern Colorado.
