Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
