As a Personal Banker, you’ll be the face of our legendary service standards—supporting both internal and external customers through ongoing collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities Include
  • Deliver exceptional client service by assisting with all aspects of account and product management, including the opening and closing of various account types. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedural guidelines, while accurately completing all necessary documentation and disclosures.
  • Engage in both sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to offer products and services that truly benefit our clients.
  • Facilitate a collaborative referral process by partnering with internal experts to support customers with more complex financial needs.
  • Ensure branch operational standards are consistently met by managing lobby and phone traffic, to support seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and client relationships through consistent, proactive communication.

This position starts at $22.03 and can increase from there depending on experience.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and confidently, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
