PositionPosition: Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Location: Hybrid – Rochester, NY or Greenwood Village, CO (2‑3 days in office per week)
Position SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative at the GO Car Wash support center, you will support customers by handling inquiries, membership management, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting while delivering a fast, friendly, and seamless experience. You will resolve customer concerns efficiently, update customer accounts accurately, and work closely with teammates and internal partners to ensure issues are addressed quickly. You will also communicate recurring customer feedback or issues to leadership to help improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer questions about wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
- Provide clear guidance to help customers choose the best wash option.
- Deliver a positive experience consistent with company service standards.
- Assist customers with membership questions, sign‑ups, and basic account updates.
- Explain billing, renewal terms, and membership benefits clearly.
- Help address concerns that may lead to cancellations and involve leadership when needed.
- Resolve common customer concerns independently using established guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues or complaints appropriately and promptly.
- Share customer feedback or recurring issues with supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
- Support teammates during busy periods.
- 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, email, or help desk preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems or ticketing platforms preferred.
- Car wash industry experience and knowledge of the DRB POS system are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
