Content Moderator
Join a global digital platform team dedicated to creating a safer online community for users worldwide.
As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community standards. This role plays an important part in maintaining a positive and secure digital environment for users and businesses.
You will receive professional training on moderation policies, content guidelines, and platform tools to support your success in the role.
This position may involve reviewing content that can be sensitive, graphic, or disturbing in nature.
Responsibilities- Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to company policies and community guidelines
- Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
- Maintain quality and productivity targets (KPIs and SLAs)
- Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases following internal procedures
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information
- Participate in ongoing training and policy updates
- Stay attentive to internal communications and process changes
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational excellence
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good multitasking and time management skills
- Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling sensitive content
- Willing to work rotational shifts
- Able to read, write, and communicate fluently in the required language
- Typing speed: minimum 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows environment
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or operations support is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Understanding of internet policies and digital safety practices is a plus
