Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking experienced Customer Support Specialists to join their clients’ teams across Colorado. These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured, corporate environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality support to business or consumer clients. Responsibilities:

Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and/or internal systems
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience
Document interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM or ticketing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
Follow established processes and service standards to meet quality and performance expectations
Assist with administrative support tasks related to customer accounts, requests, and issue resolution

Requirements:

Previous experience in a corporate customer support, call center, or office-based service role required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
Experience working with CRM platforms or customer management systems is a plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday; in-office

Additional Details:

$23/hr-$26/hr DOE;
Background check required
