Pirates Cove is seeking a Guest Services Lead to supervise the Guest Services team and ensure excellent customer service. You will interact with guests, enforce facility policies, and assist with reservations and cash handling.
This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The position also involves training staff, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting the POS operations while coordinating with the Supervisor on Duty.
