FASTSIGNS of Englewood has been a community staple for over 25 years, and we are looking for a Visual Communications Specialist to join our dedicated team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering phones, responding to emails, and providing in-person assistance.
• Survey clients’ locations for sign placement, take measurements, and offer creative visual communication solutions.
• Present a helpful and professional image to clients.
• Write estimates, suggest solutions, and process orders.
• Manage projects through all phases, including estimating, follow‑up, design, permitting, production, quality control, and installation/delivery.
• Assisting team members with daily tasks and maintaining a tour‑ready, tidy center environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the center.
• Maintain flexibility in a constantly evolving industry and be willing to learn new skills.

• 1 to 3 years in customer service, sales, or project management is preferred.
• Prior sign and graphics experience is a bonus.

• $19 to $20 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
