Position Overview

Full‑time Opportunity | 8‑hour day shift | Monday – Friday | Competitive Pay | $20 – $23 DOE

• Answer phone calls and manage requests and inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate order management with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Assist in completing work orders, ensuring all client information is documented, equipment details are entered, and eligibility for funding is verified.
• Perform data entry, clerical support tasks, inventory assistance, and accept delivery of goods when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer/client focus and uphold the company’s high standards of service.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong communication skills.
