* Kelly Services is seeking a passionate, patient, and organized Temporary Customer Service Representative for our client in Centennial, CO. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility to become permanent based on performance and fit.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone and in person

+ Schedule and manage a high volume of appointments accurately

+ Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, some of whom may be experiencing frustration due to health-related circumstances

+ Handle confidential information with care

+ Assist with administrative tasks as needed

** Requirements:*
* + Previous experience scheduling multiple appointments (healthcare or medical office experience highly preferred)

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to maintain patience and composure with clients who may be upset or frustrated

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+  
** Must pass a background check and drug test*
* ** Compensation:*
* $20-$23 per hour, based on experience
