Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? Our client, a leading residential and commercial moving company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Centennial, CO.

Responsibilities:

+  Answer inbound customer calls regarding moving services and scheduled estimates

+  Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries

+  Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling needs

+  Provide front desk coverage as needed

+  Support billing and other departments with administrative tasks and special projects

+  Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate customer records

Qualifications:

✅ 1+ year of customer service, administrative, front desk, call center, or

order entry experience

✅ Strong phone and communication skills

✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

✅ Typing speed of 35+ WPM

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems

⭐ Previous sales, retail, or moving industry experience is a plus

Schedule:

+  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

+  Occasional Saturday coverage (approximately 1 per month)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
