Client Care Customer Service Representative

The Client Care Customer Service Representative is a crucial team member dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction. This role handles customer service inquiries, including billing, access, scheduling support, and client education, while maintaining positive and professional relationships. As a primary point of contact, the Client Care Customer Service Representative builds trust and resolves issues with care and efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle incoming customer service calls
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Handle incoming inquiries related to questions, billing, access, warranty support, and all other customer service needs via phone, email, and text
  • Educate clients and real estate agents on services and inspection options that best meet their needs
  • Assist with sales-related inquiries via phone and non-call channels as needed
  • Conduct outbound customer service-related calls
  • Assist clients and agents with rescheduling, cancellations, and adding services as needed
  • Confirm next-day services and communicate updates with clients and agents
  • Process payments and manage collections efficiently
  • Address client complaints, gather information, and liaise with the client success department to resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of services and territories served to support client inquiries
  • Assist team members in the field through communication in the Team Member Support channel
  • Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned by Listing Pro management

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (additional education preferred but not required)
  • Proficient phone skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and build rapport
  • In-office position (5 days/week)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and a friendly, helpful communication style
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs, processes, and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve client concerns efficiently
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to meet company goals
  • Familiarity with general administrative procedures and systems
  • Attention to detail, including proofreading and verifying information accuracy
  • Experience working remotely and within a distributed team (preferred)
  • Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and customer service software (preferred)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions, adhere to policies, and maintain a quiet, undistracted work environment
  • Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
