We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our growing dealership team. This role is responsible for enhancing customer experience, resolving concerns, following up with customers after the sale of a vehicle, and helping us build lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty.

The pay range for this position is based on experience and qualifications: $50,000 annually
What You'll Do:- Build positive relationships with customers throughout their dealership experience.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle purchases and service visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns professionally and work with dealership leadership to resolve issues quickly.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with customer retention initiatives and dealership follow-up programs.
- Help maintain high customer satisfaction scores and online reputation.
- Perform other customer experience and administrative duties as assigned.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
