Englewood Police Department seeks an Emergency Communications Specialist to operate in a primary PSAP, handling emergency and non-emergency calls via radio and phone. Dispatch police, EMS, and other services; manage records and statistics; use CAD systems and 911 equipment.
CCIC/NCIC certification within six months of hire is required, with renewal every two years, and ICS certification is also required. Two years of customer service experience, including emergency dispatch or call center work,
