Position Overview:

We are recruiting a full-time Adult/General Psychiatrist to assist in patient management within our inpatient units.

This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry, with all subspecialties welcome and new grads encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights:

* Setting:
Inpatient adult psychiatry and detox services

* Census:
Average 15 patients per day

* Support:
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner support based on census

* Schedule:

Full-time, M-F with minimal call coverage required

* Team Culture:
Multidisciplinary and mission-driven

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.

* Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed.

Requirements:

* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

* Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.

* Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one.

* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
