ESS Substitute Teacher – Sheridan School District #2
Englewood, CO – Sheridan School District #2, Arapahoe County – $170-$200 per day.
An ESS substitute teacher assists with classroom instruction in the absence of a regular teacher. The role follows and teaches lesson plans, helps students understand the subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.
Responsibilities- Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while the regular teacher is absent.
- Review and implement the regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives.
- Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Report any student injuries, illness, or serious discipline problems to the school administration.
- Perform other duties as directed by the school administration.
- CO Substitute Authorization.
- CO Background Check – Level I (CBI/FBI).
- ESS required documents.
