$21.85 to $25.00+ per hour (minimum to midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan). Salary may be set based on skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance; 2 weeks paid vacation; 12 sick days; personal days; 13 paid holidays; and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee contribution. In-office work is the primary focus, complemented by hybrid flexibility for eligible positions.

• Provide individualized and group research support across all stages of the scholarly process, including refining research topics, conducting literature searches, navigating databases, and supporting scholarly writing and publication efforts.
• Assist with journal article submissions, case reports, book chapters, grant proposals, and other scholarly outputs. Offer reference services in virtual and in-person formats, focusing on responsive, informed, and user-centered support.
• Contribute to the development of instructional materials and facilitate educational sessions and workshops on research methods, database navigation, citation management, and publication strategies.
• Support collection, organization, and reporting of scholarly activity data, including bibliographic output and research impact measures for institutional assessment and accreditation purposes.
• Coordinate and oversee access services for the campus library, including circulation, reserves, and basic interlibrary loan functions. Assist patrons in locating and utilizing both physical and electronic resources such as point‑of‑care tools, clinical databases, eBooks, and journals relevant to osteopathic medicine and the health sciences.
• Develop and deliver library instruction sessions and workshops focused on research skills, information literacy, and the effective use of medical and academic resources. Maintain subject‑specific research guides and instructional materials.
• Stay current on developments in library science, research methodologies, scholarly publishing, and educational technologies. Evaluate new tools, services, and practices to enhance library services and user access to research support.
