Behavior Technician (BT) School-Based | Littleton, CO | $27 $ 30/hr

Pro Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join a supportive school team in Littleton, Colorado. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with students who require behavioral and educational support while collaborating with teachers, specialists, and other school professionals.

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral support services to students
• Assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors
• Implement individualized behavior plans and intervention strategies as directed by the behavioral team
• Track, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes
• Partner with teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote student success and positive outcomes
• Help create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment

• Minimum of 2 years of ABA-related experience, preferably in a school environment
• RBT certification is welcome but not required for candidates with strong hands-on experience
• Background working with students demonstrating significant behavioral challenges is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills

• Competitive hourly rate: $27 $ 30/hr, based on experience and qualifications
