Project Manager; Municipal Drinking Water

Our Water Practice delivers impactful municipal and industrial water projects—from drinking water treatment facilities to pump stations, distribution, and collection systems
. We’re looking for a Municipal Drinking Water Project Manager who wants to do more than manage schedules—someone eager to lead teams, mentor engineers, shape strategy, and help win meaningful work
.

This is a senior, visible role with real influence across projects, people, and clients.

• Lead municipal drinking water projects from concept through construction, overseeing safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary client contact
  , building trusted, long-term partnerships
• Apply conventional and advanced water treatment technologies to solve complex water quality challenges
• Lead and mentor engineers, helping develop the next generation of technical leaders
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, QA/QC-compliant designs
• Support business development efforts—proposals, client strategy, and repeat work
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Stay active in the regional water/wastewater market through professional leadership and industry involvement

• Water Treatment Facility design experience (must-have)
• PE license (mandatory)
• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8–20 years of experience in municipal water projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
