Overview
What We Do Our Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2
BMC) team, is engineering, developing and integrating new capability for the Missile Defense System that currently protects the United States and its allies. The team consists of many small agile teams that work together in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our team is also responsible for tasks such as Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security and enhancing other critical, leading-edge missile defense technologies.
You Are
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Integrator/Operator to join our team in Colorado Springs. Ideally, the candidate will simultaneously become knowledgeable about the architecture, network, and data flows of the complex C2
BMC system and its interoperability with other Missile Defense System sensors, shooters, and elements. This exposure provides a pathway to evolve into a Systems Integrator. The Integration group is responsible for ensuring that systems are successfully integrated prior to test events or operational fielding.
This role will initially support the C2
BMC System Test & Integration group as a system operator—configuring and running C2
BMC systems, servers, and related components during ground tests in an HWIL environment and, eventually, in the operational environment. Data collection and staging will also be performed in coordination with the System Test Data Manager.
- This position requires a government security clearance at the Secret level; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
- This position is located at Schriever, Space Force Base 10 miles east of Colorado Springs, CO and is 100% onsite.

- Experience with Linux and Windows Administration
- Prior basic systems troubleshooting experience
- DoD 8570 IAT - Level II (i.e. Security+ certification) desired but not required to start.
