  • Conduct and document field tests, pilot studies, and system startups
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory data to support technical reporting and next-step planning
  • Draft technical reports, figures, tables, and maps under guidance from senior staff
  • Support the preparation of Engineering Design Documents (e.g., P&IDs, process flow diagrams)
  • Transport samples safely and comply with QA/QC standards and safety protocols
  • Mentor interns or junior staff and collaborate closely with project teams

Ideal Candidate: A proactive learner with strong technical writing skills, time management, and a passion for fieldwork and applied engineering.

Staff Engineer II – Take the Lead on Technical Excellence

$90,000–$105,000 | Exempt

Engineers with 4+ years of experience in environmental remediation or the oil and gas industry will thrive in this leadership-focused role. You’ll guide projects from planning through execution, provide technical oversight, and mentor junior engineers while working closely with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, coordination, and execution of pilot testing and remediation system installations
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and field staff; ensure adherence to safety and QA/QC protocols
  • Interface directly with subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and clients
  • Prepare engineering deliverables including:
