Position Overview
Water Resources Staff Engineer – Full‑time, in‑office. Locations:
St. Cloud‑MN, Minnetonka‑MN, Englewood‑CO.
Responsible for permitting, design, and construction of Solar, Wind, and Battery Storage projects. Coordinate with Civil and Water Resources Engineers to protect projects from flooding and meet storm‑water regulations.
Responsibilities- Perform stormwater modeling, floodplain analysis, and hydraulic design.
- Complete watershed permitting, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and FEMA studies.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 0–4 years of experience, ideally recent graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF editing, and technical writing.
- Experience with FLO2D, AutoCAD, Global Mapper, HEC‑RAS, Arc Pro (desired).
