Responsible for testing to support applications design, product development, commercialization and customer validation of our Data Center Products and systems.

Assists with the development of test equipment and new test methodologies, ensuring accurate and reliable results. Analyzes and reports test data, providing actionable insights to support product development, application engineering, commercialization, sales, and customer needs. Additionally, this position contributes to the continuous improvement's initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of testing processes, procedures, and equipment.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or Associate degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • 4-8 years experience in a test lab environment, with strong expertise in test engineering and electro-mechanical testing.
  • Proven ability to lead testing activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Solid understanding of test methodologies, equipment development, and data analysis.
  • Solid understand of testing techniques and methods used inside data center products specifically around fluid transfer and flow characterization.
  • Required Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of instrumentation, measurement systems, and equipment specifications
    • Proven experience in electromechanical testing, including test setup, execution, troubleshooting and data analysis
    • Demonstrated experience in the measurement and characterization of fluid and gas flows.
    • Proven experience in Design of Experiments (DOE), failure mode testing, and product development processes
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
    • Strong planning, organization, and data management abilities
    • Familiarity with CAD design tools and proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings along with designing mechanical equipment
    • Strong background in PLC programming and Electrical schematic understandings.

PAY & BENEFITS

Full-Time Salary: $85,000-$95,000 Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match Tuition Reimbursement
