we are looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Electrical Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (a Master’s preferred) and has a background in power distribution systems, avionics interfaces, drone avionics, control electronics, and wire harnesses. Candidates should be enthusiastic about aerospace engineering and excel in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings.

- Compose, develop, test, and support electrical and electronic systems used in UAVs and other aerospace platforms.
You will:
- Build and analyze electrical systems for aerospace applications.
- Build schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and system architectures.
- Build and verify power distribution systems and avionics interfaces.
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers.
- Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
- Participate in build reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in power distribution systems, avionics interfaces, drone avionics, control electronics, and wire harnesses.
- Extensive technical skills, careful attention to detail, and direct building experience.
- Competence in using oscilloscope and soldering is necessary.
- Experience in Altium and Solid Works preferred.
- RF experience preferred.
- IPC‑620 certification preferred; knowledge is a plus.
- Team building and collaboration; work across all fields to solve complex engineering problems.
- Comfortable working on Military/DoD projects.
The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.
