Join us and be the next Program Planner supporting our Fleet Ballistic Missile Program! to learn more about FBM Our facility in Englewood, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 2 Program Planner to join our mission. As our Program Planner you will support team members in the FBM Life Extension 2 Program. In this role you will:
- Develop, statuses, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in order to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner
- Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives
- Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners
- Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program
- Schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management
- Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management
Desired skills:
- Proficiency with Earned Value Management
- Experience analyzing data
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan or similar program planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc)
- Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate with the Customer
