Project Scheduler

A Project Scheduler is needed in Englewood, CO to assist with engineering and equipment supply projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with critical path scheduling, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to keep projects on track.

• Establish realistic schedules and monitor progress.
• Analyze schedule performance and provide progress reports.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across multiple departments.
• Prepare routine scheduling reports and project documentation.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of project scheduling experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or heavy equipment projects preferred.
• Knowledge of mining and/or bulk material handling projects desirable.

• Primavera P6 (advanced proficiency required)
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
• Resource-loaded project schedules
• Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Schedule forecasting and progress analysis
• Schedule baseline management
• Project reporting and documentation

Compensation: Expected starting salary of $85,000 (negotiable based on experience) annually.
