We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer 1 to support our Denver office.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of engineering assignments in planning and overseeing research, development, design, manufacture, test, installation, operations, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems and generally as a member of a design, analysis, or review team.
• Perform design, development or review tasks in specific areas under close supervision.
• Design a portion or section of an analysis or design review.
• Assist in generation of specifications and engineering data.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
• Establish and maintain a filing system or databases as needed for tracking project status.
• Develop, maintain and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
• Interface with customers in design reviews and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications.
• Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related scientific field and 0-1 year of job-related experience or equivalent. Good communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. US Citizen only. Dual Citizens are not allowed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Design and Drafting is a plus.

COMPENSATION

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $83K - $92K (Annually) (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
