R and D Test Engineer

Job Summary

Join Our Client as an R and D Test Engineer in Greenwood Village, CO an 8-time World's Best Workplace impacting 150M+ patients. Bring your Engineering BS and electromechanical prototyping, CAD, or scripting skills to develop robust test fixtures for next-gen products.

Contract

$40 - 50 per hour

8am to 5pm

Bachelors

• Leverage mechanical, electrical, and software skillsets to design, prototype, and fabricate complex electromechanical test fixtures utilizing CAD, sensor integration, and motor/actuator controls.
• Evaluate, improve, and develop robust, cost-effective test methods using modern technologies (including Python scripting and LabVIEW) to verify legacy and future product lines.
• Instrument, automate, and qualify test fixtures and methods to ensure long-duration reliability and rigorous life-cycle testing of medical devices.
• Author comprehensive verification and validation documents, including test methods, protocols, and reports, while maintaining strict documentation traceability.
• Partner closely with Enabling Technology and Arthroscopy teams to drive product evaluations from early experimentation through to final design verification.
