Job Title: Project Manager II (Engineering & Construction)

Location: 9540 Maroon Circle, Suite 200, Englewood, CO 80112

Duties: Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to large teams of engineering, project management, construction supervision and construction execution personnel. (25%) Manage GIS team to deliver complex mapping inputs and outputs. (20%) Lead weekly conference calls with project groups. (10%) Effectively interact and build relationships with customers. (10%) Build baseline schedule and project budgets for multiple projects. (5%) Oversee monthly financials, accruals, and forecasting.

(15%) Closely communicate with internal support groups. (5%) Resolve escalated issues that require coordination with other departments. (10%)
* Supervision inherent to the position.

Requirements: Master’s
* degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field of study. Three (3) years related experience as a GIS Engineer or related occupation. Experience is required and must include:
Planning, managing, tracking and reporting of engineering and construction activities for telecom infrastructure projects;
Developing project schedules and preparing estimates for telecom infrastructure projects;
Utilizing GIS software including ESRI, ArcMAP, ArcGIS PRO, and QGIS;
Planning project close-out activities and preparing close out documentation; and Reviewing and preparing drawings for construction.
* In lieu of a Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience. $125,237/yr. Travel: 25% domestic travel.
