Systems Engineer - Aerospace

The Systems Engineer will lead the system architecture of advanced GEO space programs, defining and driving system-level solutions from concept to delivery while working cross-functionally to meet mission and performance objectives.

• Define and maintain system-level architecture throughout the program lifecycle for GEO space programs.
• Translate customer and mission requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive architectural trade studies and system optimization.
• Support program execution from concept through integration, verification, and delivery.
• Ensure architectural consistency and technical integrity across program elements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and multiple engineering disciplines.
• Serve as a technical focal point across teams and customer interactions.
• Lead major engineering reviews and manage system-level risks and budgets.
• Support integration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and anomaly resolution.
• Contribute to future architecture concepts and technology roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and development efficiency.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system engineering or system architecture roles.
• Experience in space industry, preferably GEO satellite systems or space communications.
• Strong multidisciplinary system design and integration skills.
• Experience leading technical activities across engineering disciplines.
• Expertise in space system architecture, reliability engineering, radiation mitigation, embedded systems, FPGA, and communication systems.
• Leadership skills to influence and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, decision‑making, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related discipline
