We are looking for Experienced Stress Analysis Engineers to add to our team! As an experienced Senior Stress Analyst, you will be responsible for the design and analysis of aerospace structures and lead teams of younger engineers. This position will encompass all program cycles including concept design, prototyping, detailed analysis, modeling, drafting, manufacturing, testing, and flight. You will frequently use CAD and Finite Element Analysis programs to bring conceptual ideas to reality.

Significant experience with analysis programs (Excel, Femap, MATLAB, etc.) is required. You will be responsible to quickly present quality results and reports to customers. You will collaborate between program management, design, and manufacturing teams. To be successful in this role strong presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Analysis of primary and secondary aerospace structures and systems
• Creating and delivering Finite Element models, results, and presentations to customers
• Communicate across engineering fields to make program critical decisions
• Identify core issues, develop solutions, and effectively communicate the impacts across internal and external teams
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with other engineers, both internally and externally
• Develop supporting material for analysis such as finite element models and optimization trades
• Support and collaborate with program management, design, and manufacturing teams

• 5 plus years of proven experience
• Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or aerospace engineering
• Proven experience designing composite and metallic parts and assemblies
• Proficient with FEMAP, NASTRAN, or equivalent software packages

• Systems analysis experience: flight controls, landing gear, hydraulic, etc.
