Servicer Balancing Analyst

• Reconcile complex reports from primary servicers in accordance with Servicing Agreements and departmental policy
• Act as the relationship manager for assigned reports, addressing any issues with servicers
• Conduct research on reporting discrepancies and cash settlement issues
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalated servicer inquiries and issues
• Prepare wires for distribution to servicers based on monthly reporting requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in mortgage and financial services is a plus
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and management
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions

• Familiarity with mortgage-specific software and data analytics
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks
