Reimbursement Analyst II

• Assist with the compilation of month-end net revenue calculations and analyses using the Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tool
• Prepare supporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner for financial statements
• Participate in the implementation of the Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tool, including developing mapping tables and reconciling interfaces
• Support annual internal/external financial audits to ensure accuracy of valuations of net patient accounts receivables
• Collect and review data necessary to file appropriate Federal and State reports in a timely and compliant manner

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate well with others

• 1 to 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience preferred
