Foreclosure & Default Documents Specialist

Cornerstone Capital is looking for a Default Document Execution Specialist based in Englewood, CO. In this role, you'll manage a pipeline of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation documents. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies, executing documents accurately, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a high school diploma, with at least 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing and default processes preferred.

Competitive salary offered between $45,000 and $52,000 annually, plus benefits and possible bonuses.
