Job Summary
The Residential Revenue organization is undergoing an exciting transformation designed to strengthen strategic alignment, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making across the business. The Revenue FP&A team sits at the center of this evolution, bringing together short‑ and long‑term revenue planning, forecasting, and financial modeling across Broadband, Video, Voice, Shield, and Xfinity Mobile. Working closely with Product, Growth, and Go‑to‑Market leaders, the team drives financial performance, evaluates strategic opportunities, and delivers insights that inform executive‑level decisions.
The Senior Director, Residential Revenue FP&A will lead a newly formed organization responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across three important Residential product lines. This role will partner closely with Product, Operations and leadership to drive business performance and support key investment decisions and bring strong financial leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building high‑performing teams during periods of transformation and growth.
- Leading a team of senior finance professionals to drive organizational financial objectives
- Refining budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance financial accuracy and business agility
- Presenting and interpreting financial reports for C‑level executives, providing strategic recommendations
- Leading critical finance projects with a focus on long‑term growth and profitability
- Performing in‑depth economic and financial market analysis to guide corporate investment strategies
- Forecasting financial trends and their long‑term effects on the company’s strategic direction
- Collaborating with senior leaders to integrate financial insights into broader business plans
- Mentoring finance staff, emphasizing accuracy, analytical reporting, and alignment with business operations
- Making strategic financial decisions within delegated authority to drive business objectives
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Pay Range:
Denver Campus – $ – $. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date the job is posted.
Bachelor’s Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold a combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
