Mortgage Processor

Pay or shift range: $50,000 USD to $60,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

We seek a dynamic Processor to join our Consumer Direct Team. The role involves partnering with Loan Originators and Customers to facilitate the loan process.

Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
Compensation: $50–60k + Bonus

• Maintain a working knowledge of products, policies, procedures and operating systems, including updates.
• Apply FNMA, FHLMC, HELOC, FHA, VA & 2nd Lien underwriting guidelines.
• Calculate all types of self‑employed income independently.
• Prepare loan documents and coordinate with members to finalize and close loans efficiently.
• Stay up to date on market condition changes.
• Demonstrate proficiency with AUS systems.
• Comply with all applicable mortgage lending laws and regulations.
• Communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, and others to expedite the mortgage process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of continuous current Mortgage Processing experience (required).
• TRID knowledge (required).
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Consumer Direct team.
• Experience using Loan Soft or Empower LOS is a plus.
• Sales Force or Total Expert experience and knowledge of database usage is a plus.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
